CMH Toyota Alberton’s display at the Leeuwenhof Rugby day

On the 14^th of March 2020, CMH Toyota Alberton were overjoyed to be a part of the Leeuwenhof Rugby day. We were so excited by the event that it was a no brainer to have Toyota vehicles on display, and we gave away free Toyota merchandise to all whom attended the event.   The new Toyota Corolla 1.2T XR CVT and the 2.8 GD-6 Turbodiesel Toyota Hilux Legend 50 were just some of the vehicles that were on display. The 2.8 GD-6 Turbodiesel engine of the Toyota Hilux Legend 50 model produced a peak torque of 420 Nm at 1 400-2 600 r/min on the day. The audience was intrigued by the Legend 50’s more aggressive grille and front bumper, bold new wheel design, larger integrated multimedia display, keyless entry and push-start, side steps and the Legend 50’s badging both inside and out. The new Toyota Corolla 1.2T XR CVT had its own admirers. This came as no surprise as the Toyota Corolla 1.2T XR CVT boasts a number of features including: 1.2-litre turbocharged engine, featuring a host of efficiency-boosting technologies such as the variable valve timing. The power of the Corolla is transmitted from the Turbo engine to the wheels through an intelligent manual transmission on the manual model or an automatic continuously variable transmission (CVT).
